The convent of San Francisco and the palace of the Molina family, a noble residence built in the 15th century.

But more than castles, I would call them (Molina de Aragón and Gormaz), caliphal fortresses (Arabs from the Caliphate period).
Yeah, I just read where Gomaz is the largest Arab fortress in all of Europe. Quite the history behind that fortress and an interesting read.

If we take into account that the only place where the Arabs managed to settle outside the Iberian Peninsula (present-day Spain and Portugal) was Narbonne (in present-day France) and that they were only able to do so from 719 to 759, it is not very difficult to see that the largest Arab fortress in Europe is in Spain.
Almost always the term major, or top, or .... is used to draw attention.
