My RS3 mini does not connect to the Lumix S5ii. Firmware is fully updated on both platforms and connecting the camera to the gimbal via the camera control cable that came with the gimbal and I turned PC tether on. Is anybody else having any success?

I’m also having the same issue. Did you find a solution?

Hey! So I was plugging the usbc into the wrong port on the gimbal. On one of the arms, there is a RSS USB-C connector.

Ah thank you! I did not even notice this RSS port before!
