Im not receiving SMS code as usual from DJI to unlock a geo zone.
So I cannot fly my drone wthout verify my account.

Im from Brazil.

4. Approval (If you need to unlock the red zone):

You can unlock a zone for three days in advance if you use the website before you leave home - https://fly-safe.dji.com/unlock/unlock-request/list

You can tell us the below information for troubleshooting:
1. The telecom service provider's name.

2. The phone number (with country code).

3. The time that the verification code was requested.

4. A screenshot of the page where you request the SMS code.

Or you can send us the following information so that can we help you directly:
1) Flight controller serial number

2) Flight location latitude and longitude, radius.

3) Unlock time. For example from March 24th, 2022 to April 24th, 2022

4) Your DJI Account email
