Hello, I did a firmware update to my controller and now it will not connect to my aircraft.  I downgraded and did everthing possible and followed linking instructions as well and I can't connect to my RC N1 controller.  Can anyone help with this?  Thank you.

Not good.  I have the original controller that came with it and after the update it will not connect.

Hello, there. Sorry for the inconvenience. Could you please refresh the firmware of your aircraft as well? Also, would you please record a video of the pairing for us to further verify the issue?

Can you please try to download the DJI Assistant 2 software consumer drone series on your computer and please update/refresh both aircraft and RC then link them again to see if the issue persists? If you are using a standard RC, please make sure that the connection between the RC and mobile device is well established. Please keep us posted. Thank you.
