Mavic 3 with latest firmware updates installed.

When switching to telephoto, the controller screen freezes and pops up a “Lost Image Transmission, Auto RTH” message. No other issues besides that. What could be the issue?

Can you please try to connect your aircraft and RC via DJI Assistant 2 software consumer drone series and please update/refresh the firmware and have a test flight to see if the issue persists. If yes, please provide us a screen recording showing the issue and upload it via Google Drive or Youtube then provide the link to us so we can check. Please keep us posted. Thank you.

Already updated to latest firmware. DJI is looking into this because they don’t have an answer
