Hi all,
I had a Phantom 2 Vision+ delivered the other week to work. We're going to use it for filming and photography at height, without having to put up scaffolding or use rope access contractors. Expect it will save us £££££. Especially if I can avoid crashing. One set of propellors down so far, trying the return to home function inside a large tent, and not reading the instruction manual about the initial rise to 20m altitude. Oops, still at least nothing more expensive was broken.
We had much more sucess outside, even completed my first insepction of the leaking guttering outside the same tent. Brilliant. So brilliant in fact I'm trawling e-bay at the moment to buy a second hand quad of my own!
I'll probably be on here with questions and the like, but I've already seen some hints, tips and links to you-tube video's and the like that I'll be taking a good look at to improve my knowlege and skills.
