DJi Fly, DJI Go 4, DJI Go are constantly logging us out, when we return to the app, 9 times out of 10 we have been logged out. Usernames are also not updated to match our username.

Hello, there. Sorry for the inconvenience. May we know how long will the account log out? Or Did you notice when the issue happen most？

It just happens most times we log in. We cant seem to use the same account on different devices or different DJI apps on the same device. On DJI Go cannot locate how to logout when we need to. The username given in the apps does not reflect our actual user name also and there is no where to find the username in our account so it is hard to see which account is lgged in.

Right now we are completely unable to logout of DJI GO which is on our directors personal account. There is no option to logout, it shows the username, when we go to forum or store on the DJI GO app it says you have been logged out, log back in. No way to log in, it still shows we are logged in. This is an absolute nightmare!
