I have a Ronin RS2 Pro Gimbal. But two days ago, on May 19th, while I was shooting a wedding, I turned off the gimbal to change the lens and turned it on again, but the power came on but the motor didn't work. I did a self-check within the gimbal, but got a 1014 error code, and tried to upgrade the firmware from the phone app, but it didn't work. I am a videographer and I really need a gimbal because I shoot a lot of wedding right now. So how can i fix my gimbal? please help me.
