Somehow I forgot to make the last one because I was occupied with the loader that arrived shortly after.

Maybe there is no plan to rebuild, and they're going to landscape it to look nice for the time being.

Great shots Peter.  Very clean demo site now.  Appears as if they have brought in lots of fill dirt.  I'm guessing that is to fill in the low spots (cellar, etc.) and level off the lot before pouring the foundation for the new building project.

I'm curious 'if' there will be a new building, but that is based upon the latest developments.
It almost looks like they are building a draining area for rainwater.

My money is on a new building, but then again what do I know about building in your area.  Would be nice to turn it into a local park.

Heavy rains here for the next 3 days or at least that is what the weather guessers are saying.  We got 5 cm of rain yesterday but so far it has all soaked in rather quickly.  I guess having sandy soil does have its benefits.

If we get the rain that is predicted it will be time for everybody to get out their lawnmowers as no doubt the grass will be growing quickly after all the rain.

I wish I could send you over some of our rain.  We got another 38 mm of rain yesterday.  With two straight days of heavy rain it is no starting to puddle up and not soak into the ground as quickly.

Funny you should bring up that name as I recently saw a documentary they produced.  They are quite the ambitious organization.
