Recently I do some video transfer from my mini3pro to my phone, when I look at the RC screen while my mini3pro facing white wall, it show a blue patch in middle.

so I grab a white paper and do a testing by taking video/image toward to white paper and wall, its do have an blue patch for all the image and video.

Can anyone try it to verify whether is this defect or normal?

Take the sd card out of the drone and check the original footage.

Tried. Take out the sdcard, record with internal storage. Still same.

Id open a repair case then with DJI they will swap it out for a new drone.

Already open case id with dji, but for malaysia, we only get repair instead of replace new drone.

My exist drone encountered serious foggy issue twice, just repair and replace the gimbal, but no new drone replace.

That's a shame, here they check out the fault and if they agree with he issue they send out a new one.

Would appreciate if u able to try it, just need ensure will it happen to other mini3pro too

12mp or 48mp image?

Any mode will do. But test it indoor with facing white paper, no need take off.

Hi, jsam8888. Based on the information from the case number you have provided, this phenomenon is caused by a specific indoor light source. There are differences in the spectrum of this type of light source and natural light source, so the imaging may be different. It is recommended that you switch to other light source conditions for shooting. Thank you for your understanding and support.

That shot was fairly low light indoors without artificial light.
