When launching an RTMP livestream in DJI Fly, it gives you a "No Network" error if you are not connected to the internet.

I am trying to stream to a local computer over the hotspot-network created by my phone (which is connected to the drone-controller).  I no not need internet for this.  

Can we please add an option to continue anyway with the livestream even when there is no network?  (This is important for Search-and-Rescue applications where there is often no intenet connection available).
