Hi, zinab. Thanks for reaching out, and apologies for any inconvenience. Can you confirm whether you used a different SD card on the remote controller and whether the SD card you used to view the videos on your computer is the one from the aircraft? Thank you.
The SD card in the aircraft was a sandisk plus 64g. The recorded info i believe
before the video finally downloaded to it later was 24g so no where near full.
at first, i repeatedly inserted this card from the aircraft into the macbook pro,
and it only displayed the AEB 5 bracket photos, and no mp4 files. Keep in
mind, i was alternating in flight between photos and video from each altitude
and location.
inserted this original card back into the aircraft, powered it up, and was able
to view the videos on the controller. each clip offered the icon to download
in the corner. as an experiment, i hit download on one of them. at this point
there was no card in the controller.
i removed this original card from the aircraft, inserted it back into the computer,
and that video clip was now on the card in 4k.
without the original card in the aircraft, when powered up these clips were not
in the aircraft or the controller.
inserted the original card into the aircraft, (since it would not display my shoot without it of course ) selected “all” the media to download;
the the info on the controller complained about not having enough space. so
i put a second card, a san disk Pro 128g into the controller. I then downloaded
everything..none of it appeared on that second card from the controller.
The missing video clips all appeared on the original card, and I was able
to rescue my shoot.
The original card was formatted before i had started flying.
