Next time, just lower the exposure (which will increase the motion blur, but that is what you probably are after because you are adding an ND filter)..

For me, I never use ND filters on my drone anymore. They don't do much for drone footage. Unless you are really really critical about your footage and the subject is moving fast and is very close by.
With timelapses to see any effect, you need ND1000 and a long (1s) shuttertime.
Otherwise you won't get any noticeable motion blur.
