yesterday, my drone crashed. and this morning, I tried to connect the DJI O3 cable to the PC, the result is: the dji assistant doesn't want to detect the air unit.
but in explorer, air unit is detected as new drive.

is this normal? and my DJI O3 can still be used?

Can you please try to download the correct DJI Assistant 2 version for your DJI O3 Air unit using the link below?
