Fly app is connected to the Goggles and controller but in the viretual fly app i cant get a connection!

i use an RC 2 and also the Controller 2 - with Goggles 2 and Samsung s10 Handy!
Dont work with bothof them ... i also read a lot of article in forums and groups there are a lot of users what have this problem

i wait for 10 days otherwise i send my packet back

We're sorry about that. Can you post a short video showing the connection process using the DJI FPV Remote Controller 2? Regarding the new DJI RC Motion 2, regretfully, it is currently not supported. We apologize for the inconvenience caused.
