Overflying people with drones: According to EASA / EU drone rules, drones marked with C Class 2 or falling under subcategory A2, like DJI Mavic 3 Pro, are not allowed to fly over people without dealing with safety distances and need to use adhere to the 1:1 Rule

You hope the people that had taken the exam to fly in the A2 space with a C2 drone would have understood that already.

Well it doesn't apply to us in the UK anyway now that we no longer recognise the C markings.

That's great news. My 'Friend' wasn't complying too strongly

A2 isn't an airspace, it's a sub-category of the open category.

Also. The Mavic 3 Pro isn't C2 certified. Nor is the Mavic 3 Enterprise, really annoyingly.
You are required to fly the M3Pro and M3E under the A3 or Specific Category by law. I've been trying to get some kind of response from DJI about this but so far there has been no response.
