I"ve tentatively sold my Mavic but I can't unbind.  Neither of my drones .. the Mavic Pro or my new Mini 2 are listed under my Device Management.  It say to connect  to device to continue, but either nothing happens or it tells me it is the wrong software.

Can't sell it if I can't unbind.

Hello Bob, there is no process/need to unbind the Mavic Pro from your account, because it is using DJI GO 4 app and no account bing limitation.
For DJI Mini 2, please make sure that you have logged in to the same account that is bound to the device in DJI Fly app, or you can provide me a screenshot of the Device Management, your account information, and the serial number of the drone, I will double-check.
