I can confirm the Z8 does work with the DJI Ronin RS3 Pro. You do have to use the first USB C port… the bottom port doesn’t function with the Ronin but does charge the battery in the Z8.

Nikon Z8 is not listed as one of the compatible devices for RS 3 Pro so some or most of the functions will not really work with it.
