Todays Highland Drone footage from our recent trip - 3 distilleries in the Speyside town of Rothes - perhaps not a subject for all, but certainly of interest to anyone who loves Single Malt Whisky...
The pretty Glen Grant with its stnning woodland gardens, the small Doiageo owned Glen Spey and GlenRothes distilleries - all with their own character, even though located all within a stone's throw of one another.
Taken on day 5 of our recrnt holiday, and the penultimate Speyside video to post - one more on Tuesday - with only 4 more left to post from the trip!
Nice flights from the Highlands. I did a double-take at the Glenrothes mention, as we had friends (now sadly passed) in Glenrothes, near Kirkaldy. My first thought was: "I don't remember a distillery around there?"
Then the penny dropped - I'm a little slow this morning
Very nice footage of the 3 distilleries. I like how each has it's very own charm. Only drawback to seeing all these distilleries it makes me want to imbibe a shot or two of whiskey.

Thanks, all 3 drams are good, each in their own way - sadly we didnt get to visit Glenrothes or GlenSpey for a dram, but did the tour and tasting at Glen Grant, and a very nice Speyside dram it is too...

You're very welcome. I'm glad you were able to taste one of the whiskeys.
