The final task for these two here (for now) was to remove the sheets of steel.

They use a laser cutter to make one or two letter marks.

Going good.  Helping Granddaughter grade some of her student's final exams so she can get final grades out before midnight tonight.  Always a fun adventure.

I love math and was always really good at it.  One of my grandsons struggled with it and I took a different approach to the problems than what his teacher did and once he understood the problem he could adapt back to the way the teacher wanted it done.  He was diagnosed with a Sensor Processing Disorder and I think his brain is just wired different that most of ours.  He is a whiz at putting puzzles together and somewhat of a Lego Master.  He put together large Lego sets without ever looking at the detailed instructions.  I bought him a large set of Legos and was amazed and the things he dreamed u and built.  Kid has quite the imagination and talented when it comes to that sort  of thing.

Very true Peter.  Teachers have a real challenge in their profession as they have some slow learners and some fast learners.  You can't teach to the level of the fast learners or you lose the slow learners.  You can't teach down to the slow learners level or else you bore the fast learners to death.  Always hard to find the happy medium.

Home schooling has really caught on here as the students can move at their pace of learning.  Of course there are drawbacks to home schooling and it is not for everybody but it does benefit many kids depending on their circumstances.

I gleaned that from a home school forum I was checking out.  It does make sense as kids do have to learn to get along with others.
