It would be picked up later that day, but I was not around unfortunately.
The operator did not know when, just 'later today'.
Funny thing is, it would be transported to Emmen, where I was the next day.

But I am sort off too late already. Since they took down one of the buildings already.

Today is off to a good start.  Sun is up and not a cloud in the sky.  Slight winds out of the south but no gusts so should be a good day to fly.

Was a beautiful weather day. Unfortunately, the battery died on my truck.  I tried my best to charge it up but it wouldn't hold a charge.  Had to get a new battery and install it.  A bit tricky on the new cars because if you disconnect the battery without some voltage to it there is a possibility of wiping out your settings.  Learned that from the Auto Parts employee.

The strange thing about the battery was it was only 2 years old and never gave any indication it was dying such as slow cranking of the motor to start.  Anyway, at least it had a prorated warranty so saved me a few dollars in getting it replaced.  I decided to go for the Ultra battery that has a 60 month warranty.

I just hope this new one lasts close to the 60 month period and not 24 like the last one.  After switching out the battery I took it to the dealership and had them run a diagnostic test on the electrical and charging system and all check out okay.

Yes, the car battery - hoping that lasts 60 months.  My car is already 5 years old and still running great but I'm planning on buying an all Electric Vehicle.  Unfortunately, right now the chip shortage has kept prices way too high for my liking but I'd like to be able to quit buying fuel for the car.  I am planning on setting up a Tesla solar charging system at my location once I get the EV..
