Hi Specialist,

I am new to the DJI Ronin,

I just bought and got my Ronin M yesterday.

I assebled it and tried to connect it to my phone. I used Galaxy Note 3 but somehow my bluetooth is not picking the Ronin M.

Then I connected it to my PC and installed the driver and software.

I tried to test and stabilize the Ronin, nothing happened.

Also my remote is not working either.

Seems like the motors are not responding.

Is there is any number I can call and talked about it?
