Hi, I have recently purchased a refurb I2 remote from an approved DJI dealer. It is showing a solid purple led indicating it is set to slave but won't connect to the app so I can't make any changes or link it to th AC? I have tried the reset (c1+c2+shutter dial) but no effect.
Any ideas?

Can you please try to connect to the DJI Assistant 2 software and please update/refresh the firmware and check if the issue persists? Please make sure to toggle the USB Mode Switch to "PC Mode" and then connect your aircraft to PC or MAC. Please note that the remote controller's firmware can be upgraded using the DJI Go 4 App. You may also refer to the tutorial link below on how to link DJI Inspire 2, remote controller.
