Hey there,
I swear I'm missing something when it comes to fully automating my Ronin RSC 2 to my multiple Sony Alpha bodies.  I've been using the correct mini cable to connect to Sony A7riii and recently my new A7rV mirrorless cameras for video.  But unsuccessfully.  I need to be able to use this record button and eventually the manual focus levers for film.  I've been activating PC Remote function but it doesn't change anything.  Please help, thanks!!

The Sony A7RV and DJI RSC 2 have not been tested for compatibility and the in-line connection cannot be guaranteed; If you cannot control the recording properly by connecting Sony A7R III with DJI RSC 2 using the camera control cable, you need to add further information as follows:
1) Please record the operation process and provide it to us in the form of a video;
2) Please confirm which camera control cable you are specifically using;
3) Please confirm if you have followed the setup notes for the corresponding cable control scheme.
