RONIS RS 2 LCD screen stop working

Hi, my Ronin RS2 is already used for i think more or less than a year. Then suddenly the LCD screen went black, but all the functions is still working.

Hi Gamora,

Thank you for your response. Everything else is still working, even the touch function. The only issue is the black screen. Now I'm only relying to the app function to change the mode and setting of the gimbal.

Please check the firmware version of the gimbal, if it is not the latest version, you can refresh the firmware of the gimbal first, and then restart the gimbal to try; If the touch screen of the gimbal is still black after several attempts, it may be a screen hardware failure, you need to send the equipment back for testing. You may submit an online repair request through this link: {https://repair.dji.com/repair/index}. If you need assistance with creating a ticket, you may contact DJI support at (https://www.dji.com/support).

Firmware is up to date. Sad to say I think it is a hardware issue. Just can't figure out how did the screen died as it was never wet or drop, it was always in the bag after the shoot. One morning i turn it on to use it screen went black. Anyways I can't create ticket for repair where i'm from.
