Please check the firmware version of the gimbal, if it is not the latest version, you can refresh the firmware of the gimbal first, and then restart the gimbal to try; If the touch screen of the gimbal is still black after several attempts, it may be a screen hardware failure, you need to send the equipment back for testing. Firmware is up to date. Sad to say I think it is a hardware issue. Just can't figure out how did the screen died as it was never wet or drop, it was always in the bag after the shoot. One morning i turn it on to use it screen went black. Anyways I can't create ticket for repair where i'm from. |
