I recently updated my avata to latest firmware so I can use the 10 bit colour. I've used gyroflow for quite a while perfectly but now when I export the files they won't play on my Mac? The file exports ok and file is there with quite a large Mb files but just as an icon? It won't play? And ideas please?

It's the DJI AVATA.... latest firmware... and latest version of Gyroflow? What else can I say? thank you.
