D-Cinelike is not the same as D-Log.
The idea arose that editing the colors should therefore be much easier because the D-Cinelike format is simpler than D-Log.
Only LIFT and CONTRAST were used in the picture (video) below in DaVinci Resolve Studio. No color correction, no Color Boost, no Saturation and the like.

Hi there. Thank you for reaching out. Yes, the D-Cinelike is different from D-Log. You may refer to the information below for your reference. Should you have other inquiries, please don't hesitate to reach us. Thank you for your valued support.

1. D-Log is a greyscale mode created for post-production. D-Log mode can provide a higher dynamic range, more scene details, and the lowest contrast and sharpness, which offers more color editing freedom.

Log mode is also the standard for film and television industry processes

2. D-Cinelike makes the image look like a cinema with a Lookup Table (LUT) that contains a mathematical formula for modifying an image. If you do not want to adjust the color, D-Cinelike mode would be a good choice.

3. Normal mode is to record videos or images in regular Rec.709, suitable for basic situations where coloring is not required. The color in this mode is standard and there are no stylization tendency

Cinelike-D prioritizes dynamic range for more control during post-production. Both Cinelink-D and D-log are used to grey out an image, but images in Cinelike-D style are more natural than those in D-log style.
