I am writing to you exclusively to express my frustration because I know that you will not do anything to solve the problem, I advised a newbie who has Avata with V2 goggles and remote controller 2 to buy a drone with Vista system, only later did I realize the compatibility problem, you can be sure that to the next neophyte who asks me for help I will recommend a system from a brand different from yours, because in my opinion you are incorrect and pay little attention to the needs of your customers, but only to profit

So you provided wrong information to a newbie, they trusted you without basic googling, and out of the two of you, it's DJI's fault?

Why would you even recommend a product that's over 4 years old when there's O3 Air Unit which is the same camera (can even use same ND filters) and same transmission system they're used to in Avata?

I understand there is a recent firmware update for the controller 2 (v02.00.0900) and goggles v2 (v01.07.0000)
Is it possible that this update makes the controller 2 and vista/link. compatible?

I can't apply v02.00.0900 for the life of me to even test. I'm stuck on 0500 which we know don't work with googs v2.

Hello, Charles. This is not the experience we want you to have. Please note that if using the Vista Air unit, we can only connect DJI FPV Remote Controller 2 in combination with DJI Goggles 2/Integra using firmware v01.01.00.00. Should you have other inquiries, feel free to contact us. Again, we do apologize for the trouble. Have a nice day ahead.

I still have my 03 fleet. In fact, it has grown in size. I bought the integra goggles so I can use my dji remote. They are already falling apart, takes forever to charge and the range isnt as good as my v2's, probably due to directional/omni ants i had instaleld. Wish I didn't sell it, gonna buy a it back here shortly, but the integras are very sleek and more practical as daily goggles. I like them, just wish the battery performance was better and it wasn't so fragile..My usb port wobbles and occasionally goes all the way in goggles, my power button is gone so I use a hex driver to push the red power button underneath, and I had to hot glue one side as its broken apart(the side with the power botton and usb port), still works tho!

Hi all!  I want to buy DJI Integra video glasses and fly with Caddx vista unit and o3, but I still haven’t found a specific and honest answer on the Internet about their compatibility, I read the posts above.  How are things going now?  Or should I consider another alternative to video glasses?  I would also like to know if there will be a new model with support for an analog signal?

Also I would like to know if Vista unit and 03 support for Google's 3?  I couldn't resist and ordered a Caddx Vista on sale.  I'll test them with my friends who have Google's 3 and Google's 2, but unfortunately they don't have Integra, if it doesn't work, then I'll sell Vista and buy from another manufacturer

Thanks, have a nice day!

This how it works..

Air unit/Vista
-Goggles V1/V2 with FPV-RC1 only! (V1 Black controller)
-Goggles 2/Goggles 2 Integra's with FPV-RC2 only! (V2 Small grey controller)

O3 Air Unit
-Goggles V1/V2 with FPV-RC2 only .
Goggles 2/Goggles 2 Integras with FPV-RC2 only as well.

The firmware must be set correctly to the specific FW that was made, to use the Goggles 2 with the Vista/Air Unit and the newer grey V2 DJI FPV Remote (FPV-RC2).

The DJI FPV drone & DJI AVATA use the DJI-RC2 and each will work on either the Goggles V2* or the Goggles 2/ Goggles 2 Integra's.. *(V1's not compatible. Goggles V2's only)

Just need to have the FW on all 3 up to date for those. Drone, controller, and Goggles.
You can use DJI Assistant 2 PC for that.

Aftermarket Remote Control Option
This can all be avoided by just using an Aftermarket Remote with ELRS or Crossfire. All you would need to do is to install an ELRS RX (~$20) on your drone. 4 wires total.  Then pick out an ELRS Remote like the RadioMater ELRS Pocket Crush Controller for $65, and it's very similar size and design as the FPV-RC2 V2 Grey Controller. If you want something alittle bigger like the V1 Remote then I would recommend the RadioMaster Boxer ELRS. ($140)

This way in the future you can use one remote controller for all your FPV Drones and just worry about the Goggles you have being compatible with the DJI Air unit you want to use. and keep the one DJI V2 Remote for the DJI FPV and DJI Avata if you have one..

Plus it just has a lot more features with EdgeTX and the screen. The Remote will now also have way more Range than the DJI video will ever do so its makes it even safer..
