Hi,
We have a freelance pilot flying one of our drones (commercially) on our behalf.  It was logged in to our company account but it transpires he he has logged it in to his own DJI account so the flights, which should be logged to us have been logged to him.  There are a couple of reasons why the data shiould be logged to us but most importantly we have had a serious technical issue which needs resolving and I need the flight records to be able to trouble shoot and likely return the drone.  How do I assign the flights to the right user retrospectively please so I can share?
