The last one didn't like boats or being on the water so that made me hold off.  She visits me as long as I stayed tied up to my pier and dock.

Yes, I have a waterway coming from the ocean to my property.  At the edge of my property I have a boat dock and pier.  It's large enough for my mini-yacht, 24 foot runabout and 2 jetskis.

Not sure how it is in the NL but here there is a huge disparity in wages, especially between salaried workers vice hourly wage workers.  This includes benefits also.

Having served in the Navy I can say you'll rarely come across anybody that wants to go to war.  Just a shame that there was no negotiating to preclude them from happening.  However, when you have an egotistical autocrat in charge all bets are off.  Might be time for a regime change, just saying.
