My i1 pro has been sitting a long time. It shows no video from the camera. I updated firmware, controller on. Controller seems to be different firmware but wont update. I reseated the camera and lens many times. I cleaned the contacts with iso alcohol. I cant get a downgrade firmware to start updating. Any ideas?

I found an old x3 and was able to get pic, video output. It appears it is the camera for sure

We see, you may check the connection pins on the camera and clean it with dry cotton. If the issue persists, since the service for Inspire 1 Pro has been suspended, you may consider using the X3, or a newer generation. Hope for your kind understanding.
