hi im off to europe tomorrow hopeing to get some great sites in to drone any tips on the best app to use to check safe to fly i have passed all my nessesery tests and reg with alphatango thanks in advance

i have the airmap app   and drone spot  the dji fly app and airdata uav so should be ok

My advice would be to check each country s official source of drone restricted areas.

For example, this French government site shows a lot more restricted areas that any other map I've seen.

Nothing beats the official.information from the country concerned - anything else could potentially mislead you.

thankyou yup hope to do 6 country's but I've just been looking at some footage I've got from calais and the houses look like the house roofs have zebra crossings on them but i don't get this on my mini 2 only mini 3 very annoying as this is not shown on the dji rc any idea thanks im in auto and changing the ev i am going to try pro and change shutter speed as i do in the mini 2

The zebra crossings isn't that the overexposure warning? You can disable that in the settings as far as i know

As others have said you need to look at each country’s regulations separately. In France and Spain there are tight restrictions in the national parks. The Geoportal map in France works well.  The information shown on the DJI fly map is useless.
