Hi there. Thank you for reaching out. This information refers to the Super-Resolution Technology of Matrice 30T. After this technology is enabled, the drone is capable of shooting 1280 x 1024 photos or videos. R.JPEG files contain all radiometric information of images. When an R.JPEG file is opened using a thermal image processor/viewer, it displays the 640 x 512 image containing radiometric data. However, when the same image is opened using a normal image viewer, it displays the processed 1280 x 1024 image. You may enable this option in the camera settings. Thank you for your valued support.

Can you list the steps? I am unable to find it.

Did you look in there? On M300 with H20T, I think it's defined somewhere in that menu. At some point it was in the mode menu ( video, photo, 360, ... )
