I purchased the mini 3 pro just two days ago. I flew it around a few times on my newly excavated 4 acre block where there are no trees or buildings, no obstacles in fact. There's only one small shack and two poles. The two poles are approx 30 cm diameter standing 2 metres apart. I made the drone do an auto fly around and it managed to crash into one of the poles. As a result, one of the front arms broke at the shoulder, i.e. it's hanging by a wire at the drone body connection. After seeing what types of obstacles the drone can avoid on promotional videos, it's astounding to see that this drone cannot even identify two objects that look like 10 foot high telegraph poles. Very very disappointed with this drone, it's turned into a huge waste of money.
