I sent the avatar warranty from March 20, until now for almost 3 months but have not received an answer from dji. always on standby. very disappointing

I think youve been unlucky,    Ive had 4 recent dealings with the warrenty and they have all been good and dealt with within 5 days.

I really don't understand, I have 2 warranty cases that DJI's support team only says need to wait, but there is no specific timeline. Do you do it yourself or through the dealer network?

There is no dealer network here so you create a case at repair.dji.com and then provide a shipping label and an eta.

I think the same as DAFlys. I had a few issues and all were resolved quickly and at no charge (except a really bad crash that was my fault). Even then the price was pretty low.

soo..... I bought a brand new mavic 3 classic, 5 min in and it goes buts and crashes on its own
.... send it in and they wont cover it.. never hit a tree, was just flying normal, ot threw a bunch of error codes and went crazy.. anyone on here have a way to guide me on how to go further with this??
