Hey, i know as of now the mini 2 doesn't work with the rc pro controller. But that was the same with the air 2s. And they release a firmware allow air 2 s to work with the rc pro. Since both mini 2 and air 2 s use OS2, couldnt dji release a firmware to allow the mini 2 to work with the rc pro? Come on dji, make it happen. The mini 2 is a great little drone  but will be better if it works with the rc pro.

Yea the same was with the air 2 s. And then people keep asking for it and now the air 2 s works on the rc pro. If enough people ask for it, im pretty sure dji can make it happen.

Nope, they ran out of smart controllers and substituted the RC Pro in the FMK. A while later they updated the firmware to work with the Mavic 3, then the Mini 3.  I know because that's how I got mine. They have no financial reason to include the obsolete Mini 2.

Pretty sure that Air 2S does use O3 not O2. You may want to double check on that...


a. DJI Mini 2/ DJI Mavic Air 2: O2
b. DJI Air 2S: O3
c. DJI Mavic 3: O3+

I for one would buy just the RC pro controller, I nearly bought the Mini 3 pro, but after thinking, I don't use the Mini 2 as often as I should, it would spend more time packed away.

Air 2 s uses 0s2 and os3. Maybe you might wanna recheck lol. It automatically switches based on remote.
