Hello everyone, I accidentally crashed my mini 2 at the top of a tree in my garden. How to download the last flight to send it to dji? thank you for your answers

Similar thing happened to me this past year.  After the crash, with the mini 2 still connected, I downloaded the video I recorded and uploaded the flight record before the battery died on the Mini 2.  Used both to replace the drone using Care Refresh.  A week later, the drone fell to the ground, and I returned it to DJI.

Your flight data is stored in the app on the phone or tablet you used to fly with.
Open the app, click on Profile, click on More.
Then click on the little cloud icon on the right of screen for your last flight to upload to DJI's server.
