Good afternoon everyone.

I write in order to be able to tell you about my situation, it happens that I have an AIR 2S, and when I take pictures in RAW format, they are 960x540 MP in size. In poor quality.

Somebody could help me?  I have tried all kinds of alternatives, and none have worked for me.  

I would appreciate if you could guide me.

Hi, JPLabandeira. Thank you for reaching out. Please try to open the RAW format photos using Adobe Photoshop. When opened with other Image viewing software, it will only preview images with a size of 960X540(640). Hope this helps.
