I have been seeing different opinions flying around the inter-webs re: the need to have a Trust License to fly a drone starting September 2023. I figured this forum would be the most knowledgeable about this, so asking if this is the case, especially for a Mini 2.

Actually, I just went through the Trust program, super easy, 30 minutes long and you can retake any questions you don't get right the first time. Totally free, gives you a certificate on the spot while not recording any email/phone/other information (other than your name), so didn't feel big-brothery.

Oh, good question, didn't even think to say.

Question is re: US, found the Trust certificate is actually something really easy to get and just knocked it out.

The Sept. 23 aspect is wrong. Any recreational flyers need it now before flying. Easy to find and complete online.

Thanks. Mentioned in prevoius update that was completed and easy enough to do (30 minutes, keep answering until you get answers right, and best yet - no need to give email/phone/acount info).
