This might have been covered in another thread, or others were smarter than me and understood what was happening.
This issue was noticed on the M30t, thou, I'm sure it could be an issue with any of the camera systems that use the laser ranger - night mode features combinations.
I noticed a unusual white bar appearing in the center of the controller scene when I was using the Auto Night Scene mode. It appeared to be an emitter of some sort, but I was too sure. Please see the attched photo of a roof with the "white bar" in the center of the shot
I opened a ticket with the DJI Support, and to my surprise, it was the laser range finder. It's used to help with the auto focus Et All.
The Solution is:
Problem Description:
When the night mode is turned on, there is a square glare in the middle of the video transmission screen, which constantly appears at the center position of the screen.
Problem Cause:
The enhancement mode is turned on in the laser module, causing the module to emit lasers, leading to glare on the screen.
Solution:
The glare in the video transmission screen of the M30 series is caused by laser emission. You can go to the app settings and set the laser to “on-demand”, and the glare in the video will disappear.
This corrects the white bar issue. Tested and it is resolved. I hopes this helps others in the future.
