Help! I brought my drone yesterday - Dji Mini SE fly more combo.
1. Battery pack + 3 batteries charged fine
2. Controller did not! I plugged in my controller - left it over night. Initially when I plugged it in, the first light blinks 3 or 4 times and then the second light follows in sequence. However it doesn't hold charge or go any further than two lights blinking.

I can't connect to the Dji Fly App because I can't turn the controller on to go through the steps of possibly updating the firmware on the device. How can I get around the controller to update firmware?

Can you please try to use a different USB cable to charge your remote controller and leave it on the charger for approximately 2-3 hours and check if the issue persists? You may update the firmware of your remote controller and aircraft using the DJI Assistant 2 software on your computer, you may download the software using the link below. Please keep us posted.
