Because too much data make too much loading and make too slow respon... then you say "RC mavic 2 can't connect smartphone".

Steps below:
1. Turn off RC and unpluge all cable connector.
2. Go to DJI App and backup (upload) your flight data, close all or sweep all.
3. Remember your account and password login.
4. Go to DJI App and press hold
5. Choose "App Info"
6. Choose "Clear Data" (bottom)
7. Choose " Clear ALL Data".
8. Then close all or sweep all.
9. Go to DJI App and relogin, check your data flight if necessary.
10. Then close all or sweep all.
11. Reconnection cable to RC and smartphone.
12. Just turn on RC... and wait a sec, then charging notification showing.
13. Open screen.
14. You'll see DJI App auto run. Problem solved.

When some using RC, one time, two times,
You still have same problem?

Here it is:
1. Turn off RC don't unpluge all connector.
2. Press and hold DJI App
3. Choose "App Info"
4. Choose "Clear Data"
5. Choose  "Clear Chase"
6. Close or sweep all
7. Restart smartphone, snd open screen
8. Turn on RC... wait sec
9. If not show up, run DJI App
10. Wait a sec, then you see charging notification. Problem solved.
