I just bought a second DJI AVATA for do more tests (crashing and other FPVs games) but I can´t fly with it because of this errors:

Any idea of how to unblock this erros?
The drone connects to my googles and my controller (i can move the gimball) but it doesn´t start at all.

The old user says that he has un-bind the dron. He also bought it from other.

But know the dron has the first owner data, link between drone and googles...

Is it normal? When you unlink a drone it comes back to original link?

Strange...

Thank you for your reply. We checked that the original owner did not unbind the account from the aircraft. The owner of the account mailforgam*******@gmail.com should log into the account and unbind it.
The binding relationship will not return to the original one if the last owner unbinds it.

So it was completely impossible that the second owner after mailforgam*****@gmail.com used the dron?

The log in is account about this drone says 0 min and 0km, but i think that it doesn't reset when you unbind it as he said.
Is it true?

The bound account and logged-in account can be different. The flight data center only records the data and flight when you use the same account. Would you please confirm with the last owner if he bought the whole set of the aircraft and Goggles from the original owner?

He only brought the drone.

Got it. If the last owner was not the person that used the email address which is displayed on the app, we will recommend you contact our support and they will try to help you contact the original owner.
