I have had an unpleasant encounter with my Avata.
During the final moments of a three-minute flight, the drone became utterly uncontrollable and ultimately crashed into the ground.

I found the crashed Avata on the ground, but one of its motors was missing. After searching for a while, it was located about 15m away, extremely hot (not touchable). It had been torn off. The screws were missing, and one of the propellers from the ejected engine was grinded against the propguard.
I always check the tightness of the screws before I fly and have never had to tighten any on the Avata.

Does the warranty cover these damages?
I also have care refresh, but I don't know which path to take and how to start fixing this.

Clearly the motor was more ambitious than the others LOL
