The quality of the video has significantly degraded in the last few months. It now looks slightly out of focus and not sharp, and clarity is not as good as it was. I usually shoot in 2.7 K and it used to be quite good, I was happy with. Now the clarity has downgraded. I don't know if this is something to do with an update to the app or if it caused because the drone was put away in a hot day when the batteries been used and were warm and if that has caused a distortion in the camera in some way . I can't see any distortion on the camera lens . I have tried 3 different SD cards . Would a change in the app or firm wear somehow change the quality of the video ? Can I change back to the fly app and firm wear for the mini from last year to test the camera recording .have camera settings for new SE models changed the MINI ? Its something that is slight but notisable to me as I have taken hundreds of hours of video . the video is not really usable for me now.

None of those would have caused your issue.

Your SD card woudn't have had any effect.

None of the things you've asked about will have had the slightest effect on your video quality.

I have the same issue too. The first several weeks of construction progress videos pasted together from the RAW files looked excellent. But last week and then this week progressive degradation of the quality of the spliced MOV files are embarrassing to post to project stakeholder. Looking at the original RAW files they are of excellent quality from the Mavic 3 Pro's camera platform.
I am using the same 12" iPad Pro as before. What is going on?

Your iPad has nothing to do with video quality.
It's probably something you've done (or not done).
Your drone doesn't shoot raw video.

I know.
Same hardware, same process.
A Mavic shoots d-log in RAW. But not in video?

Don't know if Lightcut could be of any help.
