So I got a DJI RS3 Mini to capture some more interesting footage on my travels.

But the sheer frustration of getting it balanced is the least of the problem.

I’m very curious as to why DJI state the Canon R5 is compatible yet the only way to seemingly get it to properly balance is to but an extension arm from Smallrig.

This evening having got the camera to balance it then fell off because of how far down the arm I had to push it. I’m talking here about that arm that only goes from 0 to 3cm.

Thankfully I wasn’t trying out some moves in the field and the camera was at height.
