Hi.
We have two Osmos, the 6 and the 5, and we're experiencing a problem with the zoom button while using other apps.

We are currently using TVU Producerand Beast Cam. Both apps have the option to integrate DJI products into their software. However, we're still unable to utilize the zoom button.

We've reached out to both companies regarding this issue, and they informed us that it is related to DJI.

We have updated our Osmo devices with the latest firmware. We're not sure if you can assist us with this matter.

It's the iPhone 14 Max with last upgrades.

Sorry for the late response. Regretfully, the DJI Osmo Mobile series is not compatible with other applications except the DJI Mimo app and the original camera app of the mobile device. Being said, this might be the main issue why you don't have the said function. Please note that we haven't tested the product to other applications therefore we cannot guarantee the stability. Thanks for the response. We're going to continue talking with BeasCam and TVU because we don't understand why they have the option in their menus to integrate DJI products. The stop/star record button is working, but the zoom not.
