Buenas tardes amigos droneros Dji, llevo rato intentando conectar mi mando RC2 con el nu3vo djiNeo sin exito, ya hize lo requerido
Actualice el firmware del mando, teniendo el drone en pantalla para vincular dispositivo retiro bateria y vuelvo a colocar en el drone, haciendo proceso habitual de conexión prendiendo el mando y el drone al tiempo, después vincular y oprimir por 3 segundos el botón de reinicio del drone para modo vincular y nada... Alguno sabe algo diferente?

Compré Drone DJI 4 PRO i en la caja me salió el 3dji roto
Que puedo averiguar  fue en la tienda Best Buy

To link the DJI Neo to your remote controller, please follow the steps below.

1. Power on DJI Neo and the remote controller before linking, and keep the distance between DJI Neo and the remote controller within half a meter.
2. Connect the remote controller to your smartphone, then open the DJI Fly app.
3. Tap Connection Guide on the bottom right corner of the DJI Fly app, select the device, then follow the on-screen instructions to press and hold the power button on the device until the voice prompt sounds, and wait until the linking is complete after tapping “Pair”.
4. After linking successfully, the app will turn to the liveview.
