Need advise please. My Air 2s is about 1.5 years old and one of the battries with 39 cycle count has a very slight but noticeable bulge in the bottom panel.

It wobbles a bit when placed on a flat surface (marked at 2 in the photo with 3 for reference). The voltage seems normal in the app

Should i stop using this battery or am i worrying too much and this is mostly normal. Please advise

Yes advise to no use this batteries again

With careful observation, you can use it only for the purposes of non-flight functions indoors, like updating the drone / offloading files from the drone's card to a computer, and so on.

I wouldn't use that battery anymore.  Especially if DJI has recommended not using that battery anymore. If you have the Care Refresh on the Drive and they say you were flying with this battery they may not cover it, who knows.  This is something to consider.  I had a friend who flew with a bulging battery and the drone suddenly quit in mid flight and dropped to the ground and destroyed the drone.  He learned a valuable lesson with his Inspire drone.  It literally destroyed it and he didn't have any insurance on it.  It ruined his day to say it nicely.  So don't let this happen to you.
