Was it covered by flyaway insurance, if so were all the bindings in place? If so and if the thieves do not have the login details for your DJI account then it may be grounded.
If there was not flyaway insurance and no binding then I do not think there is anything you can do.
What was stolen, drone? controller? batteries? etc. etc.?

Please be assured that your aircraft cannot be used by a third person if it has been bound to your remote controller and your DJI account, and a flyaway report has been completed in DJI Fly. If you haven't created the flyaway case yet, have the police report ready and contact (https://www.dji.com/support) so that they can help you create a ticket.
